Upper Hunter Wind Ensemble

 

Wind and Brass students from the Orchestra combine to form the Upper Hunter Wind Ensemble. Students rehearse and perform a variety of        repertoire specifically written for this instrumentation.  Working in smaller ensembles allows students to develop further aural skills and fine-tune      ensemble skills.  The ensemble is open to all wind and brass students but is designed to encourage wind and brass students to discover orchestral     playing.

 

The Upper Hunter Wind Ensemble rehearses Thursday afternoons in Muswellbrook under the direction of Alison Murphy and Robert Thompson.
