Musical Instrument Hire

 

The Conservatorium has a number of instruments for hire, including violins, violas, cellos, flutes, clarinets, saxophones, guitars and various brass instruments. Check with the office on instrument availability, as instruments are a limited resource.

 

Instrument hire is $35 per term, with a $20 refundable deposit payable in advance with any musical instrument hire application. Refund of this deposit is dependent on the safe return of the instrument, undamaged and with all included  accessories.

 

 

Hire to Buy Instruments

 

For those interested in purchasing their own instrument, the Conservatorium offers a “Hire to Buy” program on band instruments (woodwind and brass). Under this scheme an instrument is able to be paid for in interest-free installments, over a period of two years.  We also have new instruments for sale and at times second hand instruments at discounted prices.
